My Hobby

My hobby is fishing. I go fishing not only river but also ocean. Especially, I like lure fishing because it is simple tackle system and very exciting. Of course, I also use some baits. Both lure fishing and bait fishing are very interesting. If I go to the ocean or a river, I can refresh if I can't get any fish. In short, we can even enjoy the nature. And I can eat fresh fish if I can get. That's really delicious. Unfortunately, I can't go fishing in the river because of the spawning season. But in my country, the fishing season had begun!! I am looking forward to going fishing when I go home.

Last week, a Qantas Airbus A380 had to make an emergency landing in Singapore, after one of its Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines exploded. Rolls-Royce has admitted there's aproblem. Well, this is how the problem looks when it actually happens.

As a result of this incident, Qantas has grounded its A380 fleet for two weeks, Singapore Airlines pulled all the Trent 900s from three A380s, and Lufthansa has changed one engine from one of its mastodon planes.

But there's more than the problem that made the engine to blow up mid-flight. According to Jon Ostrower at Flight Global, "the failure in the number two engine was uncontained, as parts penetrated the wing."

My hometown

My hometown is Nikko city in Tochigi prefecture.
Nikko city had been originally a small city, but in 2006 Nikko city amalgamated with other 4 municipalities and "new" Nikko city was made. Nikko city is now very large city. It takes about one fourth of Tochigi prefecture and is third largest city in Japan. The population is about 90000.


By the way, Nikko is very famous for sightseeing.
There are a lot of places to see such as Nikko-toshogu, Chuzenji lake, Kegonnotaki fall and so on. Also, there are beautiful nature.

When saying detail, I lived in Kinugawa area in Nikko city. They call here Kinugawa-onsen. There are a lot of spas and hotels. And Kinugawa river has wonderful scene. I love this town most in the worlds. If you have time, please come to this town by all means.
