This is a blog for my English IIIB students at Hirosaki University in the Fall of 2005. I started it in the Spring of 2005 for another class, and now I use it for whichever class I have. Right now it's English IIIB again. I hope you enjoy it.

My favorite movie
I like 'The Lord Of The Rings' very much. This movie is long and has many characters so at first, it was hard for me to understand the story. But the scale is marvelous and some SFX makes me laugh. Now, I like it !
Have you read the book? I think it's great literature. I know there's a Japanese translation, but I also know that it leaves out a lot of the appendices. The appendices make the story easier to understand, so you might like them.
