My favorite food

   My favorite food is Strawberry Wrapped in Red Bean Paste and Mochi. It is called Ichigo Daihuku in Japanese. Ichigo daifuku is a kind of Japanese confection consisting of a strawberry inside 'daifuku', which is a rice cake stuffed with sweet bean paste.I think Sweetness of bean jam matches the sourness of the strawberry well. I often buy it when I see it in a supermarket.

• Because the period when a strawberry is sold is limited, I am sorry that I can buy it only in spring from winter.
