My favorite food

   My favorite food is "Kasutera".
So I often eat Kasutera.
I was happy when my mother provided it for me to cheer me up during entrance examination season.
I love it,especially the bottom where has granulated sugar is delicious.
   Kasutera is a popular Japanese sponge cake that made of sugar, flour, eggs.
It was introduced into Japan by European ships as European sweets in the era from towards the end of the Muromachi period to the Azuchi-Momoyama period.
Nagasaki is popular as the place where it was introduced.
So I want to go Nagasaki to eat a lot of  it.
