This is a blog for my English IIIB students at Hirosaki University in the Fall of 2005. I started it in the Spring of 2005 for another class, and now I use it for whichever class I have. Right now it's English IIIB again. I hope you enjoy it.

Free topic
Hi! In this free topic, I want to talk about Ebola fever. Ebola fever prevails in West Africa, especially Sierra Leone, Guinea, Liberia. Ebola fever first appeared in 1976 in 2 simultaneous outbeaks, one is Sudan, and another is Republic of Congo. The currently outbreaks in West Africa is the largest and most complex Ebola outbreak since Ebola fever was first discovered in 1976. The virus is transmitted to humans from wild animals. It is said that 5500 gorillas died because of Ebola fever in Republic of Congo. Ebola is a grave menace not only humans but also wild animals. I think that Japan avtively cooperate with other countries to prevent the infection of Ebola disease.
