Okada gets official nod from JFA

Takeshi Okada was unanimously approved by the Japan Football Association's as natioal coach instead of Osim who remains in intensive care after suffering a stroke.
JFA president Saburo Kawabuchi said,

"We asked Ono(technical director) if Okada had any requests from us, and he said Okada had none. Ono told the board that a new coach of any team destroys the old culture, but he thinks Okada will keep the destroying to a minimum.Ono believes Okada is the right man to build on what Osim has left us so far. "
