Let's make our class good!!~better than another class~

This is Hiroyuki writing.
Oh!! our class has two Hiroyuki.I'm NUMAKURA one.

First,I'm glad to meet u again in this English communication class. As u know, some classmates(L1,L2) gave up taking this class for their own circumstances. That's a pity they can't join us.
But in stead of that,we had new comer from another L2 class. So let's make friends with us ASAP,and go to drink with all member LOL.

BTW,I wanna know what makes atmosphere good. Of course in our class. Our class is always silence. All we can hear is Professor Philips's talking. This is not communication but lecture. So to improve our English,we should start from throwing our shyness. Ken(Kuroi)and I are gonna throw our prides and make so many mistakes from the next time. Then plz laugh at us!! So the atmosphere will be better by your laughing.
I'll be banana from next time. haha!!

C Ya!!

logging on and browsers

Many students last semester had trouble joining the blog. It seems that when you click the link in AL-mail on student computers Netscape 4 pops up for some reason. I just got a student on the blog, but Netscape, even Netscape 7, wouldn't work. We got the Opera browser up, and pasted the link into the browser, and then she was able to log on.

In short, if clicking the link just gives you an error message, try another browser, for example Opera, copy the link from the e-mail, paste the link into the browser, and try that. If that doesn't work, e-mail me and I'll see waht I can do.

Another semester, another bunch of students:

Welcome to English Communication! Please be sure to leave at least one message and one comment on the class blog every week. Let's start by introducing ourselves and finding out more about each other. Please read and respond to the others' messages, too.

I'm John Philips, I'll be your professor for English Communication 3 this semester. You can find out more about me at my website. I specialize in history, especially African Islamic history, but also US history. My family live in Akita, and I also go to Misawa to teach there, so I can be very busy sometimes.

I hope to help you learn English, so please tell me what kind of English you want to learn, and how you hope to use English in the future, so I can help you learn English.
