As Thai is my first language, therefore when I am going to speak in English my problem is I always take time to think in Thai first and then translate into English. This is the reason why my English is not fluently as much as I would like to be. One more thing is about the grammar. I think my grammar is quite poor and this causes my writing not so good as well.

Yes, your English is very good, but if you get more practice you will find yourself thinking directly in English. That is the real goal, not losing your accent. Just keep practicing!

My English skill is more poor than yours. I have studied English, but only writting. So I can't speak well...
