favorite food

 Hi everyone!

   When you focus on the soup, ramen can be divided four types - soy sauce,  salt, miso, tonkotsu. Shoyu ramen(soy souce) and Shio ramen(salt) are usually light testes, but there are rich tastes shoyu ramen. I want to eat it!
 
   On the other hand, Miso ramen and Tonkotsu ramen are usually rich tastes. Miso ramen is the most popular ramen in Japan.

   Why these difference is occured? Shoyu ramen is took out the seafood, for example katsuobushi, konbu and niboshi. In contrast, aroma and flavor come from miso. So these difference is occured.
