I like "Okonomiyaki" very much.
We can make it easily and it is very delicious.
By the way ,there are mainly two kinds of it, Osaka version and Hiroshima version.
There several diffrent points between them.
For example, in Osaka we bake cake with ingredients such as meats or cuttle fish and mix them
but in Hiroshima we don't mix them .
Also,it is said that sauce is spicy in Osaka and sweet in Hiroshima.
Which one do you like better?
