My favorite food

I tell you about Gyoza.
This picture is Gyoza made by me.
I am good at cooking, especially Gyoza.
I am particular about how to grill Gyoza and  sauce to attach to the Gyoza.
At first, it is important that Iyoudon't set fire when you display gyozas on the fryingpan.
Second, you put some oil after slpashing moisture enough after having poured water.
It makes Gyoza cruncy texture.
I am fond of a ratio of soy sauce and vinegar becoming at 3:7.
In addition to attach to a little Rayu, it is more delicious!
