Recent physical condition

These days, I feel ill. In detail, my throat hurts.  I cannot speak a lot. Although it was cold, I was sleeping in light clothes and didn't put the heating. I went to the hospital and got the medicine on last Saturday. But the medicine don't work too much. So I want to rest and think about the maintenance of health.
