Meningits is very dangerous illness. First, it has two main kinds. One is viral meningitis. It is fairly common and usually doesn't cause serious illness. The other is bacterial meningitis. It's not as common, but it's very serious. Second, the treatment of two kind of meningits is different. If you have viral meningitis, you will receive supportive care, such as intravenous fluids to prevent dehydration as well as painkillers. In most case, it resolves on its own with time. On the other hand, if you have bacteria meningitis, you will receive antibiotics intravenously. Finally, the most symptoms are common. For example, fever, headaches, stiff and painful neck, vomiting and seizures. In conclusion, bacterial meningitis makes patients dead without the appropriate treatment though viral meningitis is spontaneous recovery. So, doctor must understand the difference of them.

I belonged to chorus club in my school, when I was high school student, so I'd like to introduce chorus. First, each person's vocalization is important in chorus. For good vocalization, loss of strength of the upper part of our body is necessary. Then, for this, we should stand steadily, streighten our back, look up a little, so in short, we should have good posture. Second, the balance of sound of the chorus is the most important. We should listen each other carefully, and  we should not to retire and stick out from whole sound. Please try to sing with paying attention this points from now on.

Hello everyone. Today I would like to talk about my dream. My dream is to be a doctor and I want to be a specialist of headache, especially migraine.

Do you have proper understanding of headache? Do you have heard the word ”migraine”? I’ll explain simply. Many headaches are caused by tension when a person is nervous, stressed, or tired. Headaches also commonly result from sustained tightening of the muscles of the head and neck. Eyestrain is another common cause of headaches.

A migraine headache is a recurrent, severe headache. Migraine are characterized by throbbing pain that frequently occurs on one side of the head. This pain lasts from 4 to 72 hours. In some individuals, migraines are brought about by eating certain foods such as chocolate, cheese, and wine. Migraines may become worse by movement or physical activity. They are typically accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Although a cure is not known, there are treatments for stopping a migraine once it has started. In Japan, about one in ten people have migraines and four fifths of patients are women.

I have been suffering from migraine since I was junior high school student. So I am interested in headache treatments. I think it’s important not only to deal with migraines when they occur, but also to prevent them during daily life. In the future, I want to do research on cure and prevention of headaches. In addition, I’m aiming to be a doctor who can understand the suffering of patients by using my headache experience.

In order to make my dream come true, I have to acquire broad range of knowledge and specialized skills. Although it is not easy to be a good doctor, I want to try my best to study at this university.

Thank you for hearing.

My favorite food

Today I will tell you about my favorite food. I like seafood dishes, especially Sashimi.

This is a squid's Sashimi. I ate it in Hakodate. This squid was dead, but its arm was moving! Moreover, its taste was really great.

Eating outside too often is dangerous.

It is bad to eat outside too

often for our health. Most dishes

that we can eat outside are fatty.

Some examples of it are showed

the bottom of this page. Both of

two dishs are familiar for us.

However, they contains a lot of

fat because of its demo glacé

      sauce or mayonnaise. You should

     make yourself and eat health(low-

fat) dishes for your good health.

My favorite food

My favorite food is sukiyaki. Sukiyaki is one of the most famous Japanese foods. I want to show how to make sukiyaki. First, render beef fat in the pan, and then put beef and vegetables in it.
