My recipe

I will introduce how to make my favorite, easy dish: a bowl of rice topped with chicken and eggs.

Ingredients: chicken, onion, egg, MENTSUYU, water, rice, laver

First, slice the onion, and cut the chicken into amall pieces.
Second, put 300cc of water and 100cc of MENTUYU into a pot. Then boil it.
Third, put the onion and chicken into the pot, and simmer it for 15 minutes.
Finaly, add beaten egg into the pot and simmer it for 30 seconds. Then put it on boiled rice. Please add laver cut into fine pieces, if you like.

This is very easy, delicious dish. Please try it.
