My hobby

 I have several hobbies: reading, listening to music, traveling, watching movies,eating, shopping ...etc! Today, I'd like to introduce one of my hobbies. It's watching scenery! I like watching sea, mountains, forests, sky, town scape, walking dog... and so on very much. Even if it is rainy, although I feel uncomfortable, I think the scenery is beautiful. Whenever I go out, I try to look up the sky. In Hirosaki, I can see Mt. Iwaki anywhere. It is magnificent!! But I haven't climbed Mt Iwaki yet. I'm sure the view from the top of that mountain is wonderful! I plan to do it next year :) Next February I'm going to America to study. The  foreign scenery must be exciting ! Also I'm looking forward to taking airplanes. I like taking airplanes because, you know, the out view from a higher position is very good! I'm excited to think  just about it. Thank you :9

My Favorite Food

     My favorite food is “Niku-Jaga”. It is one of the most popular foods which tastes like mom used to make in Japan.  But you can make it easily with potatoes, meat, and some flavoring.  I tell you the recipe, so you can try it!

Materials (for 4serving)
meat (beef or pork)         200g
potatoes (middle-sized)     about 3
carrots and onions (if you have them)
water                       1cup
sugar                       3tablespoons
soy sauce                 3tbs
rice wine                  3tbs
broth                        a little
 
1, Cut the materials into bite-sized pieces

2, Sauté meat, and after do vegetables

3, Add water, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, and a little broth

4, Cook over a medium heat about 15minutes

My Favorite Food

Hello.
Today, I'd like to tell you what is my favorite food.

I like Italian foods. And my favorite Italian food is Margherita Pizza.

Margherita pizza is made by Mozzarella　cheeses , Basils , and tomatoes. Margherita pizza's taste is simple, but complicated, because this pizza is made only three ingredients.

By the way, do you know why this pizza was named "Margherita"?
The reason is that this pizza named by Margherita of Savoy . I know this reason these days.

About my favorite food

Good evening.
Today I will introduce about my favorite food.

The food I like is cookie. Cookie tastes nice. I like sweets very much, especially they are great!!
Below is a recipe about cookie I often cook.

Material
wheat(85g), sugar(30g), butter(50g)

1.Thaw butter at room temperature.
2.Mix this butter by a spoon until they will be creamy and add them sugar till they will be whitish.
3.Add this cookie dough wheat and put together. After that, form them stick form.
4.Roll a plastic wrap and cool them in a refrigerator for an hour.
5.Cut about 4cm and broil them the oven which was preheated by 180 degrees for 14 minute.
6.Finish!


Anyone can arrange them easily, for example, add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and more.
They taste very good, please cook at your will.

My favorite food is ice cream.Especially,I like vanilla ice cream of häagen-Dazs.

Häagen-Dazs is the brand of ice cream in America.It is founded in Japan in 1984.It was sold to Japanese as quality ice cream. For example,company spread quality CM or sold expensive.So the image have continued long time.Also,the company make new tasted ice cream every year.The company sell taste of melty caramel,vanilla double chocolate,and pumpkin pudding.Some taste are sold only limited time.Of course, all taste is good.Now I like melty caramel better than vanilla.

Häagen-Dazs is expensive for college students to buy.So you don't buy easily.But I want you to buy and savor ice cream for yourself as reward!

I love my mother's dishes. Her dishes taste very good.

I introduce you to very easy but very delicious dish this time.
It is very easy! But I haven't never cooked it. I got her to give me how to make the dish.

I love potatoes, and the dish that I introduce is cheese potato.

a recipe for cheese potato
1. pare potatoes
2. cut into slices you can eat
3. boil potatoes
4. drain off the water
5. serve potatoes in a plate
6. add butter
7. add cheese (easy to melt)
8. heat it with a cook stove for one minute and thirty seconds
