My favorite musician

My favorite musician is Backstreet boys . Do you know them? They came from the USA, and they have a lot of hit songs, like "I want it that way", "Shape Of My Heart" and " Everybody(Backstreetback)". This album is Lupin the third jazz ~What's going on~ which I like the best . You know Lupin the third ,don't you ? This album has standard jazz number , of course , R&B, Soul arrenged for jazz , for instance , "What's going on " composed by Marvin Gaye and " Where is the love " by Roberta Flack & Donny Hathaway " . Especially, I like "B'z" very much.

B'z is the one of the most famous singers in Japan.

B'z is formed in 1988 and has been acted for 20 years.

Last year, they were chosen in Hollywood's Rock Walk artists as the first artists in Ashia.

They are famous not only in Japan but in the world.

I like their songs because the guitar sound is very nice! Also, I like their lyrics.

My favorite music is STEVIE WONDER 'S SONG, expecially the song named "I JUST CALLED TO SAY I LOVE YOU" is the best. This song had been used in my favorite dorama. When this song was heared, I can become very happy feeling. So, I listen to his music when I got depressed.

Spring Is Not So Bad

I like spring comparatively.

For one reason, we can't see cherry blossoms except in this season. I have been attracted by cherry blossoms since my childhood. I think they have unexplainable power to charm people.

For another reason, I can feel the atmosphere that is "something new." Spring is full of new places, new encounters, new jobs and new feelings.

...I think you had hard time to understand what I wanted to say, particularly about "something new." I just like unusual or irregular days.

Favorite season

I like summer the best . Because the sunlight of this season is very fresh ! Although the sunlight is hot, it makes my mind healthy . And then , this season has many events like 'Neputa 'festival in Hirosaki , 'Nebuta' festival in Aomori and so on . These festival gives us impression . In short , summer is the season which gives us some energy .

My favorite season is autumn because autumn sky is very clear and beautiful.

I like spring the best. And I have two reasons.
First, spring is warm so I can spend comfortable. Second, many flowers and trees bloom in spring. For example, cherry blossoms, tulips, Japanese apricot flowers and so on. I like plants very much.

We have cherry blossom festival in Hirosaki park every spring. I visit there every spring with my friends or my family. It is really fun for me. I like cherry blossoms. especially, I love “yozakura”. I think it more beautiful than see it in a daytime.
I am looking forward to see cherry blossoms from now.

Winter's enjoyments

My favorite season is..um..I get confused. Which season I like the best? Every season have each good point. But I think winter is the best.

Because I like snow. It is very white. The White Christmas is so beautiful. I think most people think so. If there are the Christmas illumination, it will be more beautiful.The another reason I like winter, I can enjoy enjoyment particular to the winter season, er, especially the new year holidays. In that holiday my family enjoy eating New Year dishes(oseti). A lot of Japanese eat oseti in new year holidays.Those cookings are so delicious.I like to eat mochi(rice cake) with walnuts paste. Even though I don't like solid walnuts. Which do you eat rice cakes with? Bean jam, soy sauce, soybeans flour... I want to eat early!
We can do snow sports is the reason too I like winter. I like to ski. It is so exciting for me! I always go skiing with my father and my brother. This winter I want to go to some ski area in Aomori because I've never been to any area in Aomori. I am looking forward it. However I hope it snows early... Because I can't ski unless it snows...
Like this winter has lot of enjoyments.
Although changing the subject, it is winter in Japan now, but it is summer in the southern hemisphere. If I have a chance to go there, I want to see a Santa Claus surfing.

My favorite season

My favorite season is summer, and I have three reasons about it.

First, there are my birthday and it’s day is the best happy day for me in a year. Some friends have already begun to work, so it is not easily for us to meet frequently. Although, when it is my birthday, they always send an email me or call me even if they are busy and tired.

Next, I don’t like the cold. I don’t feel like going out; and besides I would like to keep warming myself at a kotatsu. Other reason I don’t like winter is that the train time table sometimes fell into disarray due to the snowstorm. I have to commute to school by train because I live in Akita. So, if the train stop, that will be a big problem for me.

Third, in summer I can eat a lot of vegetables. My grandparents grow them in my garden. There are various kind of them, and I like tomato, pumpkin, corn, and broccoli. Those vegetables are harvested in summer. In short, summer makes me happy and it is the most comfortable for me to live.

I like autumn!

My favorte season is fall! First, there are many autumn leaves around us. These color is beautiful and elegant. In this season, I come to feel cold. However, when I see beautiful color of autumn leaves, I am happy and relaxed. In fact, I like cherry blossoms very much. Second, we can eat delicious grain in fall: sweet potetoes, pumpkins, chestnuts and so on. Do you like autumn food too? Third, there are many elegant clothing in the shops. They are hot and pretty designs. Specially, I like these color!

History of Jazz

Have you ever listened jazz music and what image of jazz do you have ? My image of jazz is cool . Now, I'm showing you about jazz history.

Today, the mention of jazz reminds people of New york city, but the birthplace of jazz is New Orleans. There are two important factors. First, the existence of a black slave. They have their own folk song ;African folk song. The fork song have mixed with church music and Blues was born. Blues developped into jazz , rock , soul , and motown. In parallel with this ,a white developped country music . This music is result of european folk song. The country song developped into bluegrass and honky-tonk.

From them ,a genre called swing jazz was born . It is called big band. In 1940's, a greate musician apperared. The musician's name is Miles Davis. He developed jazz remarkably.By apperarance of Miles Davis, the form of jazz band changed into piano trio, quartet, quintet, and so on. Then , the center of jazz moved from New Orleans to New York . in New York, genres called Bossa Nova and Latin music were born.

Of course I did and found something made me happy a little.

I saw that when the 5 classes finished. In the sky in the southwest, you can see Venus, Jupiter and a new moon in the picture.

We have to waite so long to see it next time.

Persimmon jam

I made a persimmon jam today, because my neighbor gave me a lot of persimmons.

They have already ripen, so it was too sweet to eat.

Therefore, I suggested to my grandmother that we made a jam of them. First, we pare them, but they are so squashy that we can't pare well them.

Next, we put them in the mixer and reduce them to a paste. Then, we put them into a pot and boil them with suger . It is the finish that their color turn into transparent color. Finally, we add the juice of a lemon into a pot.

Please try to make them.

Country I'd like to go

I would like to go to Germany.

While studying German in this university, I have gotten to like Germany.

I got to know about the Lorelei and christmas in Germany. Someday I want to go there and see the real Lorelei and christmas celeblation in Germany.

I want to go to France someday . Because I was taking French class in the first term , I've benn interested in French . There is an another reason . When I was a junior high school student, I belonged art club . So I would like to go to Louvre Museum. I like ancient Greek art and Roman art very much. I want to watch collection of them .

France is famous of wine. This is a picture of Bordeaux wine. I like this wine better than Beaujolais one. Oh, don't worry, I am twenty years old .

The place I want to visit

The country I want to visit is England.

Apples

I'm sorry,I'm late for writing blog last week.


By the way,Do you like eating apples? I like it very much!
We harvest apples from late autumn to early winter in Hirosaki.
Last Sunday,my mother got some apples from her friend.I cooked apple pie and apple jam with my mother.It was delicious. If you have some apples ,how about cooking apple dishes?

My travel suggestion

I've been to Africa a lot and even lived there. Kenya is a great tourist destination, and the game parks there attract (you should pardon the phrase) the lion's share of tourism in Africa. And Kenya is a lovely country, with beautiful beaches, snow capped mountains, modern (and old, traditional) cities, and beautiful scenic countryside. You couldn't go wrong with a Kenyan vacation. Korea

I want to go to Korea, and I have the two reason.
First, Korean foods have a lot of spicy and delicious food such as Kimchi, pibimpap, chijimi, kukpap etc. So,I want to eat korean food,especially I like spicy foods. I had heard that Kimchi is free in Korea from my korean friends.

Next, my mother has loved korean dorama since when i was a high school students;therefore I would like to go to Korea with her. However, I have not enough money to take her to Korea.

Japanese history

I went to Okinawa for a high school trip. There is Himeyurinotou in Okinawa. I hope that you have seen Himeyurinotou or Genbakudome and listened to peaple telling about suffering of the war. I saw Himeyurinotou. But I felt sad not when I saw Himeyuri but when I saw Heiwanoisizue.
