Use of English in my future.

As I will be a doctor, I hope to be able to treat them and explain their cure foreign people as well as Japanese. If they don’t speak Japanese, and if I also don’t speak their language, we can communicate in English as second language each other. That’s practical ideal. Of course, I would like to go sightseeing in the U.S. English is necessary for it too.
