This is Okubo writing. I belong to“English for travel group”.
Well,I learned before one of Japanese culture is humbleness. For example, when we got a prise, foreign people may say “You are great!” But I think we often reply to it with humbleness, “No,No. I'm not great.” However, sometimes foreign people think “What? Is he fishing a flattery? huh?”
We may make humblness. But I think it is peculiar culture of Japan.
