Do you know "Hatahata"?This is a kind of fish. It is a specialty of Akita.

This has no scales,so easy to cook and eat.
In Akita, Hatahata-nabe (Syotturu-nabe)is famous.
It is very delicious!
Hatahata comes into season at this time of year.
Please try it this winter.
