Persimmon jam



I made a persimmon jam today, because my neighbor gave me a lot of persimmons.




They have already ripen, so it was too sweet to eat.




Therefore, I suggested to my grandmother that we made a jam of them. First, we pare them, but they are so squashy that we can't pare well them.










Next, we put them in the mixer and reduce them to a paste. Then, we put them into a pot and boil them with suger . It is the finish that their color turn into transparent color. Finally, we add the juice of a lemon into a pot.
