My recipe

Today,I tell you about my mother's recipe.
I like this dish, so I often eat this at my family home.
This dish is "special goya chanpuru". (Goya chanpuru is Okinawa's stir-frying.)
Usual we use pork and some vegetables to goya chanpuru, but mother uses chickin and cheese.

Frist, cut goya and other vegetables and chickin. Then, stir-fry chickin with solt and pepper. As finishing to fry, put goya and vegetables in same pan and continue to stir-fry. Put beaten egg and cheese, if ingredient are mixed well, finish!!

Someone,who is not good at eating goya, may be eat this goya chanpuru. As cheese kill goya's bitter taste. When you make this, you should use pizza cheese sale on the market.
