Today, I want to write about food which I dislike, soybean fiber, okara in Japanese. It's one of the by-products in production of tofu. When you make soybean milk from soybeans, you get it.
Although it is said that okara is good for the health, I don't like it. It is all dried out and it's not tasty. But I don't want to have likes and dislikes in food, so I eat it when you serve it for me.
