Paris

My hometown is the capital of France, Paris. I was born there, so I can tell this is the most wonderful city in the world. The architecture of some areas is unchanged since the Haussmann’s work in the middle late 19th century; this is when the government decided that the capital of France should stop looking like a big garbage. The streets became cleaner, the buildings more convenient to live in and of course more beautiful. Apart from the buildings, Paris is full of historical monuments and museums, so Paris is never boring. Plus the public transport are so convenient you can never be lost in Paris, everywhere you go you can find the subway or a bus which can take you everywhere you want in Paris in 30 minutes at most. The reason is Paris is a small city. Contrary to London or New York Paris has kept its size unchanged since the Haussmann’s work; the suburbs around Paris are bigger that Paris itself, so it is even possible to just walk around while visiting Paris and see everything that there is to see. So I can only encourage you to go to Paris but be prepared because everything there is really expensive, but probably not more expensive than Japan.
