My favorite food

Sorry for my late. My favorite food is mash room. Especially, I love maitake. We can get it in the heart of a mountain in autumn. In these area, we can find it during the middle of Octorber. It is very very delicious when we cook it in tempura, misosoup and baked with butter. And we can buy it in supermarket in all season because it is made in cultivate. Thank you.
