Powdered green tea called Matcha in Japan is delicious and healthy. First, you drink it when you add Matcha into boiled water and stir. And, it's bitter but good. Second, some Matcha is an ingredient of cake, ice cream or chocolate. But, it's not bitter but great. Finally, Matcha includes caffeine and so on. So, if you eat or drink it, you wipe the sleep. In short, Matcha is good and healthy food.
