This picture is Towada Art Center. It opened in 2008. A lot of modern art works are exhibited. Towada is promoting the town development project by art. Towada Art Center is the center of this project. The hose in this picture is "Flower Hose". It is exhibited outdoors so we can always see it. There are various works of art in parts of Towada.
