Hello, everyone! I'm Kiho. Today I'm going to write about the glacier in Switzerland.The name of the mountain in this picture is Matterhorn. It is striking with its sharp top among other mountains. There are a lot of beautiful glaciers in Switzerland, so I went to see them with my family twice before.
The glaciers scarcely melt even in summer. Seeing the wonderful view, we can enjoy skiing and trekking. But these years, the glaciers have melted remarkably because of the global warming. They are retreating about 20 kilometer every year.
If we pass over this problem, the glaciers will be disappeared. We should think about it more seriously to protect them.
