Hi, I'm junna!

I tell you about my winter vacation.

I held a Christmas party in my house on December 25.

Four of my freinds took part in it.

I made quiche and salad. My friend, Nao made pumpkin soup.

They are suitable for Christmas dinner!

We have watched four movies since it was nine p.m.

They all were very interesting!

The next day, I went to the Mt.Yogoshi to ski with club member.

I haven't played ski for eight years, so I forgot how to ski.

I slipped again and again,but my senior and friend helped me hardly.

Thanks to them, I enjoyed skiing.

I hope to do such a thing next year.

Vacation

 Hello, everyone! I'm Yuka. Let me tell you about my vacation. In summer vacation and winter vacation, I often go on a trip with my family and relative when I was a elementary school student. It is very fun for me and I was looking forward to traveling with them every year. In summer vacation, I go to the sea or pool. In winter vacation, I usually ski or go to the hot spring.
But I became busy as the grade go up. So it was difficult to travel in the vacation. I think that it is all well and good. In recently, going out with my family, not trip, is increasing. It is also fun. My family plan going somewhere in this vacation. I'm very looking forward.

MOVIE*

My favorite movie is "The Night at the Museum."
Ben Stiller played the role of the hero, which works as a patrolman in American Museum of Natural History, in New york. This museum's exhibits start to move on their own accord. Rusevelt on horse back in love, playful skeleton of T-REX,... throw the hero into confusion. In addition, vullains entangle the hero in a scheme.
This movie was released in 2007, in Japan. It was a great hit, therefore sequels were published 2009. This movie takes place in the Smithsonian Institution, in Washington,D.C.

  Hello! I'm Yuka. I want to introduce to you about my favorite movie. Do you know "Brave Story"? It is a Japanese animation movie. I like it because it is encouraged me. When you watch it, you will be moving and want to watch again and again. I love this movie, so I have a DVD of it. In this movie, the theme song is also good. The lyric of this song is impressive.  My favorite movie is “Seiten-no-hekireki”. This movie’s manager is Gekidanhitori, Japanese comedian. In addition You Ooizumi played the leading role in the film. I like them, so I watched it. In this movie, they do a lot of magic trick. I was very impressed with it. If the DVD is released, I will buy and watch many times.

Do you know this movie? The title is "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs". This is a fantastic story, because what you want to eat fall from the sky! For example, ice cream,hamburger,and steak.
The main character,Frint, wants to be an inventor, but he is careless person, so everyone  always make a fool of him.His inventions are failure. However, miraculously, oneday he achieved success! "Detictive Conan" series is one of the most popular anime in Japan,and this movie is released in2003.

On this time,Muderer cases are happened in Kyoto .

The story is not only very interesting,but also in this movie Kyoto is described very well.

A lot of famous heritages apperar such as "Kiyomizu temple","Kamogawa","Gojouoohashi" and so on or cherry blossams are described beatifully.

So I always come to visit Kyoto if I watch it.

    My favorite movies are Star Wars series. Needless to say, these movies are very famous movies all over the world and theme song is very famous, too. Star Wars is an American epic space opera created by George Lucas. The rough out line is battles between knights called Jedi and enemies called Sith. Star Wars series were made from six movies. However, nowadays Disney presented the plan of new Star Wars. And this video is latest work od Star Wars. New Star Wars will be released next year. I cannot wait for that now.

  My favorite movie is "E.T.". This is the first foreign film which I watched it. "E.T." is very famous and popular film. I want to write the outline of it. A group of aliens visit earth and one of them (E.T.) is left behind. He is found by a 10 year old boy, Eliot. Soon the two become friends. E.T. learns about life on earth and Eliot learns about the true friendship. E.T. wants to go home, but but if Eliot helps him, he'll lose a friend. But in the end, a spaceship comes and E.T. goes back home. "E.T." is a heart-warming movie. Thank you.

My favorite movie is "Yes Man"! This movie shakes me up! In this movie,Carl always said "No",but he attended dubious  seminor and was recommended to say "Yes". He suspected that it is true,but he tries to say "Yes" constantly, all things head in good direction.   I like Ghibli animetion very much. Studio Ghibli is famous and popular in Japan. It is becoming popular all over the world. It have an impact on people. There is a meaning in each animetion of it.

For example, "Mononokehime" expresses the relation between human and nature and so on. When you watch animetion of Studio Ghibli, why don't you examine the meaning of the animetion? I think you will become more fun. I especially recommend "Mononokehime"! Please watch "Mononokehime" again!

My favorite movie is "NAUSICCA of the Valley of the Wind". It is 風の谷のナウシカ in Japanese . This animation was written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki, baced on his comics of the same name. He is very famous Japanese animator. The movie was shown in 1984 and the comics are written in 1982. The comics consist of seven volumes. I have all of it and I have read them again and again. The movie tells story of Nausicaa, a young princess of the Valley of the Wind who gets involved in a struggle with Tolmekia, a kingdom that tries to use an ancient weapon to eradicate a jungle of mutant giant insects. Nausicaa must stop the Tolmekians from enraging these creatures. Omu, one of these creatures, is very famous and I like this character. I think that we all are impressed by Nausicca's kindness when we watch the movie!

 I will recommend this movie, Back to the future. This movie is old movie ,but even now it is so popular. The BGM is also famous ,so even people who don't know this movie maybe know this BGM. Back to the future has three series ,and  my favorite is first. The story of the first in this series is that Marty Mcfly took a special car , it is time machine,to save his friend ,and go back to past. It is so interesting SF movie. Please check it out once.

I like apples. I am not from Aomori, but love it. In autumn and winter, I ate an apple or more everyday when I was high school student. I can distinguish the kind of apples. I like Mutsu best, because Mutsu has both a sour taste and a sweet taste. I also like Fuji, because Fuji can be kept for a long time.On the other hand, I don't like Granny Smith. It is too sour! By the way, "An apple the day keeps the doctor away" is an old proverb. An apple contains vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, dietary fiber and minerals such as calcium, potassium and phosphorus. I think that apples deserve to be called "nutritional powerhouses". The now is the apple season, so let's eat apples!!

  My favorite movie is "Gege". This is a Japanese movie that was shown in 2004. The original story is a novel "Gege" written by Sada Masashi.
  The stage of this movie is Nagasaki City. One young man suffers from disease and lose his eyesight gradually. He is supported by his mother, girlfriend and friends and try to find hope in despair. 
  This movie has comparatively a few lines. So delicate expressions of actors and actresses stand out  even more, I think. Nagasaki's beautiful scenery and BGM are also important elements in this movie. Especially, I think a theme song composed by Sada Masasi is great. The song match the story very well.
  "Gege" is the word of Buddhism and also the key word of this movie. When you finish seeing this movie, you will understand a deep meaning of the word.
  The theme of it is "If you were to lose your eysight, what would it be that you want to look in the last moment?" This movie is sad and painful but heart-warming. You will think about love in daily life through "Gege".

Kyudo World Cup

This movie is Kyudo World Cup 2014. Kyudo is Japanese archery. This tournament was held at Paris. There are many practitioners and spectators from all over the world. The final was disputed between Japan and France. Japan won the championship. I belong to the Kyudo club, but I don't know this tournament. So I was surprised at that non-Japanese play Kyudo, I was also glad when I knew it. The appearances of Japanese and France playing Kyudo are equally beautiful. I hope that Kyudo spreads over the world and the players coming from various countries compete each other.

     My favorite movie is The Lord of the Rings. When I watched it for the first time, I was moved. I think it is the most interesting movie. This movie is very very famous around the world. It is consist of three stories. It was taken by Peter Jackson. And it was taken in New Zealand because there are a lot of nature in New Zealand.
     This story about one ring which has a huge power. Having this ring, a man can get a power of the destraction the world. So people fight for the ring.

  I'd like to introduce my favorite movie made by The Walt Disney Studios. This is "Tangled" which depends on original title. The base of it is "Rapunzel" of the Grimm Brother's fairy tales. It's a love story. An outline is that the princess imprisoned in the tower was had her be free by thief. They managed many troubles though there were a lot of enemies around them. Finally, the country became peace because the princess and the thief were able to come back to her parents. Why don't you see this 

About my favorite movie

My favorite movie is Galileo. It is story that Yukawa Manabu who is a physicist and an associate professor solve a lot of trouble with Physics or Math. At first, this movie was telecasted in 2007. When I watched this for the first time, I'm excited very much. Because, there are a lot of scientific phenomena in this movie. Last yesr, the sequel to this story was telecasted. And it is also very interesting. those who is poor at Physics and Math should watch this.

   This movie was made by Mamoru Hosoda whose famous movie is ''Tokiokakerushojo" "Ookamikodomonoametoyuki". His movies are creativity and I love his movie! Try watch his movie!

TRICK

 My favorite movie is "TRICK". This is a mystery movie and the subject is "Telekinetic power". However, almost all the power are "trick" in many cases. Naoko Yamada who played by Yukie Nakama solves the many tricks in the story.
 By the way, I love Yukie Nakama and Hiroshi Abe who play the leading partｓ of this movie!! Their actionｓ are so comedic and interesting, which makes the spectators become enthusiastic.

 The series of TRICK had been broadcasted for more than 10 years and the last movie was shown on January this year. It was so sad for me but the movie is heartwarming. I recommend not only the movies but the dramas.
 "Your rie has already been brought to the right yet!"

     My favorite movie is “Sherlock Holmes”. It was a very thrilling journey trough time. The movie was based on a novel, with the same name. However, the main character wasn’t like the one in novel. It was the complete opposite. His assistant dr. Watson, who is very fat in the novel, isn’t showed like that. He is Sherlock’s conscience, very handsome, younger man, just like Holmes. In the film, he is trying to prove that magic don’t exist and that all that happened wasn’t because of a bad magician, and he did it. I recommend this movie to everyone.

A purpose of the game is to rob other's money. A player tricks other players and rob their money in definite rules. I interested in the thrill of the movie. Sorry for my late. My favorite food is mash room. Especially, I love maitake. We can get it in the heart of a mountain in autumn. In these area, we can find it during the middle of Octorber. It is very very delicious when we cook it in tempura, misosoup and baked with butter. And we can buy it in supermarket in all season because it is made in cultivate. Thank you.

 This is my favorite movie, “Detective Conan.” I watched it 3 times. If you know the original story of Detective Conan, you should see this movie! This movie was very interesting. I want to see it again!

I like chocolates. At the start, M.Perter develop milk chocolate in 1876.
Chocolates contain theobromine. It makes us stimulate. And chocolates contain caffeine, so choco makes us wake up too.
Chocolate is not only delicious dessert but also give us energy.

I tell you about Gyoza.
This picture is Gyoza made by me.
I am good at cooking, especially Gyoza.
I am particular about how to grill Gyoza and  sauce to attach to the Gyoza.
At first, it is important that Iyoudon't set fire when you display gyozas on the fryingpan.
Second, you put some oil after slpashing moisture enough after having poured water.
It makes Gyoza cruncy texture.
I am fond of a ratio of soy sauce and vinegar becoming at 3:7.
In addition to attach to a little Rayu, it is more delicious!

I'm sorry I'm late.
I tell you about rainy season that summer and fall comes before.
It is called "Tsuyu "which rains before summer comes and "Akisame" which rains  before fall comes.
I think most people don't like rainy season because it is humid and they cannot play outside and go out, but I like it very much!
I feel as if rain had carried the next seasons so it makes me refreshing when it is rainy.
I can image that rain will stop several days later and clouds flow,then sun light floods.

Hello! I'm Chika. My favorite food is watermelon. I have liked watermelon since I was a child. I eat it everyday in summer. Watermelon is very juicy, so I eat it instead of drinking water.

I like "Okonomiyaki" very much.
We can make it easily and it is very delicious.
By the way ,there are mainly two kinds of  it, Osaka version and Hiroshima version.
There several diffrent points between them.
For example, in Osaka we bake cake with ingredients such as meats or cuttle fish and mix them
but in Hiroshima we don't mix them .
Also,it is said that sauce is spicy in Osaka  and sweet in Hiroshima.
 Which one do you like better?

I like gyoza. Especially, I like this gyoza. You can see it in every supermarket. Usually,if we make gyoza, we have to use oil and water. The only thing that I have to do is baking it in a frying pan. I can be a good cook although I’m not good at cooking.If you have little time or dislike cooking, I recommend it.

Weather is important. Weather contol our feeling, so Sun right control us.
 In morning, you should bask in the sun.Sun right control our inner time.
Inner time control our action.For example when we are sleep,and when we wake up.
Inner time control is important for us.

 Hello, I want to talk about my favorite movie. My favorite movie Inter Stellar. This movie is a ３-hour feature-length film. Family love was drawn in spots, and I kept on crying. I did not watch an SF film very much, but this movie attracted me. It is a good point that various things are connected by the last of the story.   My favorite movie is ''The Notebook''. The old man reads a Notebook about a couple loved each other to a dementia old woman. In that story, young couple get over a lot of difficurties and win the forever love. When the story end, the old woman recall that couple is the old man in front of her and herself. But, their happy time end soon because she forget the memory they love each other. And their last time have come. The last, she remembers it again and they swear their eternal love. Just then, they die the same time. I learned the importance of believing my special people. I want to do so someday like this. Thank you.

     I'm going to introduce my favorite food today. My favorite food  is "mentaiko". It's cod roe seasoned cayenne so it's very hot. But it matches rice very much. I can eat only it with rice about for a week. However it cost you much, considering its quantity, there is value to eat. Because people who make it are costed a lot of time and energy. For example, the process to pickle it in cayenne for more than two days, the process to choose ripe one and unripe one, and so on. It which goes through such hard processes tastes great!

I like to watch movies. Especially, I like 'tonari no totoro'. This story is that Kusakabe-family moves a village and their daughter, Mei encounters totoro in the forest. Totoro is very strange creature. Big, middle and small totoro exists. There are other strange creatures, neko-bus and makkuro-kurosuke. I have watched this movie mamy times since I was a child. This movie is non-daily, so I am interesing and feel creativity. Movie director of this movie is Hayao Miyazaki. He made other interesting movies, 'sen to tihiro no kamikakushi', 'hauru no ugoku shiro', kaze no tani no naushika' and so on.
His movies are called 'jiburi'. I recommend to watch 'jiburi movies'.

 My favorite food is curry. I often eat this. The curry restaurant I recommend is カンティプル in dotemachi. This is an authentic curry restaurant run by　two Nepalese. If you want to eat curry, I want you to go to this restaurant.

  My favorite food is "ice cream".  I have been liked it very much since I was very young. There are many kinds flavor of ice cream - for example, vanilla, chocolate strawberry, green tea and so on. I like vanilla ice cream very much. I ate delicious gelato in Hashikami City, Aomori. The shop has rare gelato flavor - for example, Soki buckwheat, a leaf of mulberry, a wild grape and so on. I want to go there again. I eat ice cream every day, but my family has common rule on ice cream. it is only to eat one ice cream a day. So, I feel the happiest when I eat ice cream. Thank you.

   My favorite food is Strawberry Wrapped in Red Bean Paste and Mochi. It is called Ichigo Daihuku in Japanese. Ichigo daifuku is a kind of Japanese confection consisting of a strawberry inside 'daifuku', which is a rice cake stuffed with sweet bean paste.I think Sweetness of bean jam matches the sourness of the strawberry well. I often buy it when I see it in a supermarket.

• Because the period when a strawberry is sold is limited, I am sorry that I can buy it only in spring from winter.

     My favorite food is Sushi,especially I like Flying-fish roe. Sushi is a Japanese representative food. It softly melt in our mouth and has unique taste. Flying-fish roe sushi, called Tobikko. When I was young, I can't eat flying-fish roe sushi because it is a bad sensation. But one day on TV, I saw the people who eat with gusto roe sushi. It looks very delicious! So, I sampled the roe sushi and found it very wonderful! After that time, flying-fish roe sushi became my favorite thing.

  I like strawberries very much. In this season, many kinds of sweets used strawberries are sold. For example, cookies, chocolates, candies, and so on. I'm happy to see and eat them. I heard that a shop that specializes in sweets used strawberries is in Kyoto. I want to go there someday. Also, I'm interested in making sweets used them. I have made cakes and waffles before. I want to cook other types of sweets with strawberries.

 Hello, I like eating!Today, I want to introduce particularly favorite food.My favorite food is Buta no kakuni, pork cut into cubes and boiled with seasoning.The meat is very juicy.I am not so good at fatty meat, but, the fat of pork of Kakuni are delicious.I sometimes cook it, but take time very much.  Today I want to tell you about the weather. I guess most people talk about the usual weather, so I show you the special weather phenomenon, especially I focus on the rainbow!!

 Have you ever seen that? Difinitly, you'll say No. this is called "Brocken spectre". Strictly speaking, it's not the rainbow, but the circle of light which appear surround us. This Phenomenon is vastly more rare than the rainbow. Someday, I wish I could see this.....

   I like a pan-fried gyoza, especially gyoza of Gyoza no Ohsho. Gyoza no Ohsho is a chain of Chinese food in Japan, and Kyoto is the birthplace of Gyoza no Ohsho. My favorite menu is a gyoza set meal. This set meal usually contains 12 gyoza and some dishes. I often ate this set meal when I prepared for university entrance examination. So gyoza is a meal of my memories. Unfortunately, there are no chain restaurants of Gyoza no Ohsho in Aomori. I hope Gyoza no Ohsho comes Hirosaki.

   My favorite food is "Kasutera".
So I often eat Kasutera.
I was happy when my mother provided it for me to cheer me up during entrance examination season.
I love it,especially the bottom where has granulated sugar is delicious.
   Kasutera is a popular Japanese sponge cake that made of sugar, flour, eggs.
It was introduced into Japan by European ships as European sweets in the era from towards the end of the Muromachi period to the Azuchi-Momoyama period.
Nagasaki is popular as the place where it was introduced.
So I want to go Nagasaki to eat a lot of  it.

   Hello. Today, I'm going to write about favorite food. I like stewed dish because I can be warm to eat them. So, I review a recipe for stewed chicken and tomatoes. Ingredients of this are chicken, mushrooms, onions, a clove of garlic, basil, mozzarella cheese, and tomato puree. First, you chop a clove of garlic and fry that with olive oil(1).Second you add and fry slices of onion, next chicken, mushrooms into (1). Third, you add tomato puree, and stew for a long time. Finally, you add some basil and mozzarella cheese. Then you eat! My mother often cooked it, and now I often cook by myself. Thank you.

Misonikomi udon

My Favorite food is misonikomi udon. It was born in Nagoya. People in Nagoya like miso, so they put it into various dishes. Misonikomi udon is the typical example. Aka miso is popular in Aichi. Especially, hattyo miso (a kind of aka miso) is unique to this area. Misonikomi udon is cooked with hattyo miso, so it looks black. Many people think aka miso is very salty but it is actually not. It is said that aka miso has rich flavor. I think so and hattyo miso is more flavorful! Hattyo miso soup match udon very much. Try to eat it when you visit Nagoya.

 Hi. My favorite food is Unajyu. Unajyu is broiled eel served over rice in a lacquered box. When I was a child, I didn't understand how it was delicious. But now, it is one of the favorite food for me. Actually, Saitama is famous for eel and I'm from Saitama. I don't know why Saitama is so famous for eel because Saitama isn't face on the sea. It is mysterious, but you would eat delicious Unajyu, if you go to Saitama. Then, Please cheack it out once.

     My favorite food is kiritanpo. Kiritanpo is from my hometown, Odate City. It is made from rice, often akitakomati. Odate people often eat it in winter. I have eaten it three times in this winter. It is very delicious. If you eat it with your friends, kiritanpo will make you happy. So I want everyone to eat it. If you want to eat it, why don't you eat together.

Omurice (Japanese Omelette Rice)

 

 Omurice is my favorite food. It was born in japan. 

 The name is an example of wasei-eigo.

Wasei-eigo is japanese words made English. It is not real English.

The dish typically consists of　Chicken rice (chicken rice is rice fried with ketchup and chicken) wrapped in a thin sheet of fried egg.
　 Ｔhe rice is fried with various meats (but typically chicken) , vegetables,  ketchup or simply salt and pepper. Sometimes, rice is replaced with fried noodles (yakisoba) to make Omusoba.
　Omurice is very delicious. It is not tired to eat it every day.

 My favorite food is ramen. There are many kinds of flavor such as soy sauce, Tonkotsu, Niboshi, miso and so on. I think Tonkotsu ramen is the most delicious flavor. The tastes of garlics is good. I want to eat Tonkotsu ramen three times a day.

  My favorite food is spaghetti. I like it very much since I was a child. I often eat it because the recipeof this food is simple. Now, spaghetti and sauce are sold at a supermarket. So if you isn't good at cooking, you can make it.

  I try to make sauce of spaghetti since I began living by myself. I came to be able to make spaghetti of meat sauce and carbonara and so on. I want to make more spaghetti. If you know how to make delicious spaghetti, please tell me it!
