Gyoza

   I like a pan-fried gyoza, especially gyoza of Gyoza no Ohsho. Gyoza no Ohsho is a chain of Chinese food in Japan, and Kyoto is the birthplace of Gyoza no Ohsho. My favorite menu is a gyoza set meal. This set meal usually contains 12 gyoza and some dishes. I often ate this set meal when I prepared for university entrance examination. So gyoza is a meal of my memories. Unfortunately, there are no chain restaurants of Gyoza no Ohsho in Aomori. I hope Gyoza no Ohsho comes Hirosaki.
