My favorite food is Kurumi Yubeshi, one of the race cakes. We can buy it in Sendai station as the souvenir. It is elastric and little stickly, and its taste is sweet and little salty for the soysauce of it. The mysterious taste will make you fascinated. If you don't have it yet, you should try!
