I think weather is very strong related to our feelings. If weather is a sunny day, We want to go out and enjoy oneself. But if weather is bad, we lose the will to do something. Viewed in this thinking, I think people who live in a warm climate are more activity than people who live in a cold climate. But countries near the equator more suffer heavy rain than cold countries.
