My spring vacation
I'm sorry to write this blog late. I want to tell you about plans of my spring vacation. First, I'm going to return to my hometown, Hachinohe City. I'm looking forward to meeting my family and old friends.

Hi, I'm Takeru. I had never studied how to write the academic English untill I started to receive this class. my spring vacation
I am planning to trip in this spring vacation. The plan hasn't be concreat, but I wll decide where I go soon. I like soro trip and often go somewhere in my vacations by myself. Last time I went to Tochigi, and went to Kanazawa before it. Especially, my most favorite method of transportation is train because I can enjoy the scenery from the window. The sccenery gives me a feeling of trip. So I will go trip by train this time, too.

I have two spring vacation plan. First, I am going to go Kyoto city. I had lived in Kyoto for three years, and some friends live in Kyoto. I will meet them. Also Kyoto have many temples and shrines. I like them very much. In this trip, I want to visit Nanzenji Suirokaku and Shimogamo-jinja. These two places is my favorite place in Kyoto. Second, I am going to Yokohama. The trip to Hokkaido is the best thing I'm looking forward to. Many of my friends are the students of Hokkaido University and they recommended me to go there because there are a lot of good foods and wonderful viewings especially in this season. I don't have any siblings however, I have a lot of cousins in Tokyo and we are good friends. I am going to Kyoto in my spring vacation because I like Japanese temple. There are a lot of temples in Kyoto and famous vegetables called Kyo-yasai. it is special vegetables of Kyoto. The chefs of Kyoto make great Japanese meal by the Kyo-yasai. I am looking forward to have it!

My spring vacation plan
I'm planning two things to do in spring vacation. First, I plan on going to Tokyo. I want to go shopping there because a lot of things which are not sold in Aomori are sold in Tokyo. I want to go to an art exhibition, too. Second, I want to practice making some sweets during spring vacation. To tell the truth, my seniors of a club activity are very good at cooking sweets, so I want to cook like them. In short, I hope to spend my spring vacation meaningfully.

I have some plans in Hirosaki city on February, so I`m going to go to Hirosaki from Aomori city by train. If I have a free day, I want to take it easy in my hometown. I will go to Kagoshima prefecture in spring vacation. First of all, I would go there in last summer vacation, but I couldn't go because of my broken leg. I have looked forward to going Yakushima. I haven't decide what to do clealy in summer vacation yet. Hoever,maybe I will go back to Saitama, Saitama is my home town, and I will see my friends. Actually, I have not play sports since August because of dislocation. So , when I will go back to Saitama, I want to play tennis a lot. I want to improve my tennis skill. Moreover, I want to go to Tokyo and enjoy shopping and sightsee. Last year, I took driver's licence, so I also want to drive a car by myself. We will have campus 2day passports which permit us to go to both Disney Land and Disney Sea in one day. My vacation plan
I`m going to visit Cambodia with my friend during spring vacation.
I have never been to there, so I`m looking forward to traveling.
There are two points that I chose this country as my destination.
First, I`m interested in World heritage.
Speaking of Cambodia, Angkor monuments are famous.
I want to see them before I`m going to be 20 years old.
Second, I`m interested in civil wars in Cambodia.
Civil wars were occurrying in this country in the latter part of the 20th century.
Those days, the Communist Party that Pol Pot leaded, which was called Khmer Rouge massacred the
educated people.
I feel that I have to study this tragedy and want to learn history of this country.

educated people.
I feel that I have to study this tragedy and want to learn history of this country.

I will take a trip in spring vacation. My friend who has studied in prep school wants to go to Osaka. So if he passes university entrance examination, we will go to Osaka with friends of the same high school. I want to watch soccer game in Osaka because I am a big fan of Gamba Osaka. My spring vacation

My hometown is Kuji city in Iwate precture. Kuji city is surrounded by mountain, and faces the Pacific Ocean. I often went to mountain, and swam in the sea before I came to Hirosaki.

planning to visit Tokyo.

joint alumni association there. I and other members are going to get to know

Miso is a Japanese seasoning. Miso is

My home's miso soup is used homemade miso. The
other day, I made miso with some people. It takes time to make miso, but recipe is
simple. First, cool steamed soybeans. Next, add water, rice koji, salt. Third,
throw the mixture into mincing machine. Finally, stuff it into a barrel. We can
eat it in 10 months. I made miso 30kg. I
was very tired.
However, homemade miso is worth time. Homemade
miso is different in taste as against ready-made miso. I love miso soup used homemade miso. It's very delicious.
The types
of miso differ depending on the area and on the home.
I am
looking forward to using fully matures miso to Washoku.
Winter vacation
I went
back to my hometown in December 28th. But I already came to Morioka
before that day. I played with my friend in Round1 at that day. We played a lot
of sports such as tennis, badminton, soccer and so on throughout the night. I found
that I’m good at darts! Playing many sports was very interesting but it was so
tired. I’ll never do such a crazy thing in the future…

The height of Mt.Iwaki is 1625 meters, so Mt.Iwaki is covered with snow for about 10 months in a year. Second, the others of my favorite place in Aomori are Lake Towada, Mt.Hakkouda and Sukayu Onsen hot spring. Lake Towada is so beautiful lake. I would like to talk about beriberi. Do you know about beriberi?
Beriberi is one of diseases and it is known as 脚気 in Japanese. Beriberi is cause of short of vitamin B1 and at the
worst, patients die. But now, few people suffer from beriberi because recent
people get enough nutrients from everyday meals. However, in the past people
didn’t know about vitamin, so many people, especially Japanese, suffered from
beriberi and died due to unbalanced meals. Japanese people have eaten mainly
white rice and haven’t eaten other thing, but white rice don’t contain vitamin
B1 so Japanese people tend to suffer from beriberi. On the other hand, foreigners

My uncle underwent the surgery of kidney cancer in October last year. And, the surgery

Do you know the tissue of kidney? Kidney is consisted of renal parenchyma and renal pelvis. Renal parenchyma make the urine. And the urine made in renal parenchyma is collected in the renal pelvis. After that the urine is sent to the bladder, passing through the ureter for excretion.
Then, do you know the symptoms of kidney cancer? First is hematuria which can be seen with the naked eye. Next is pain in the waist, back and flank. If the ureter was clogged with blood or the cancer has spread to the surrounding, this pain can be caused. These pains are similar to the ureteral stones and these will be disappear or happening suddenly. Furthermore, sometimes urination pain and frequent urination occurs.
When the ureter is clogged with cancer, urine accumulates in the kidneys- this is called hydronephrosis-. If this continues for a long time, kidneys may not function- this is called non-functional kidney-. Usually,people have two kidneys,so even if one of the kidney isn’t functioning, the other kidney will compensate for the function. Therefore, the symptoms such as short urine and swollen body don’t occur so many like renal failure.
These days, ultrasound check which is called echocardiography in general is made wide. So while there is no special symptoms, the number of kidney cancer which is discovered in such screening has been increasing. In addition, when the thorough examination is made for the water nephropathy, kidney cancer is sometimes found. My hope is that the number of people who is suffering from cancer will be decreasing by early detection.

this work is made into a drama. The broadcast was started a week ago, and I watch
it, too. Hidetoshi Nishijima and Teruyuki Kagawa play the mainly parts as
parent and child and they are too hot!
Tonight the second story is going to broadcasted,

My winter vacation
I changed the layout of my room after 6
years absence on the winter vacation.
It took
a lot of time, but I feel the room is so comfortable to do anything. So I can
do something -reading books, studying, listening to the music and so on-
leisurely. It gave me a difference atmosphere.
I
will spend much more time in my room after this. I want to do anything what I
can do on the day and have good time every day.
