Toyota President Katsuaki Watanabe said robotics will be a core business for the company in coming years. Toyota will test out its robots at hospitals, Toyota-related facilities and other places starting next year, he said. The head of the UN peacekeeping force in Sudan's Darfur region has highlighted an urgent need for helicopters, saying the global community must donate them or the entire mission must be reviewed.She quotes the head of the African Union force on the ground as saying:
The international force, set to number 26 000, will formally replace a small African Union mission on January 1, but still lacks six combat and 18 transport helicopters, vital to operate in a war-torn Sudanese area the size of Texas.
"The international community has got its back to the wall and some are asking 'really is it impossible for the entire international community to mobilise 24 helicopters,'"She also notes that the UN blamed the Sudanese government for the problems:
On Tuesday, the head of UN peacekeeping, Jean-Marie Guehenno, complained that Sudanese government red tape and lack of resources are delaying the deployment of the peacekeepers
But Reuters News said that the Sudanese government blamed the UN itself for the delays:

Advertising is devided into positive advertising and nagative advertising.
Positive advertising, as you think, emphasize good aspect of the thing or the man.
On the other hand,nagative advertising emphasize bad image to warn people about homicide, marchandise camouflage, corruption case, and so on.
Ofcourse, it is important to listen to werning and prepare for danger.
But the report become heater and heater, stricter and stricter we drive the persons concerned.
For example, in 2005, a news about structural document camouflage case had been overheated, and the accused's wife leaped to death. If the media had not advertised supposition or private things about the accused, she would not sufferd such.
Moreover, especially negative advertising is apt to be creeped in mind of the masses compared to positive advertising.
Because it is advertised as if it is real by news program and news paper, not entertainment program and magazin.
In conclusion, it is important for us to collect reliable information and judge correct thing by myself, not rely on advertising.

Advertising
We can know various informations through ads. It's because not only we can read words, but also we can understand what ads is saying. I mean ads have an implied information.
What is the implied information? That isn't words informations but color, illustrations and so on. In other words, the implied information stimulate our imagination. There are good examples about this. Look at picture(1) and (2). You surely know which is the more impressive of the two.
Sentences can convey informations accurately but usually have an only meaning. That is, from one sentence we perceive one restricted information which includes no room to inflate our imagination. So, designers of ads consider how to tell these implied informations. They try to produce fresh designs to draw our attention by using color, illustrations and so on.
In conclusion, advertising is an artwork which consists of whole artistic elements like a tactful phrase, elegant composition, effective color selection, significant illustrations and so on.

Learning English on the Internet
KCRW was my favorite radio station when I went to UCLA. It was just the local, community college radio station, but they had some of the best music, and the widest variety, of any station. When they started an African music show I even got to go down to the station and share some of my albums with the DJs. Now I listen to them on the Internet, where they have turned into one of the biggest stations in Internet Radio. I especially enjoy their news and podcasts. The level of their English might be a little above yours, but you might like their music.
A source of easier English for listening might be the ESL podcast site.
You can read English just about anywhere on the Internet, and even many sites that aren't basically English usually have English pages for international visitors. The Japan Times website might be of interest to you, though, since they have lots of information about Japan in English.
Writing English is becoming more and more common on the Internet, since many blogs and news sites allow visitors to leave comments. Of course this blogsite is for you to practice writing, and you are free to start your own blog if you want, but such sites as Japan Today have room for many comments from visitors. The upper picture is sheds. The sheds were built 4500 years ago! They are called takayukasikisouko. They were used for not only stock but also ritual.
The under picture is the grave for children. There was a earthenware in the grave and there were some stones in the earthenware. It is interesting custom.

In fact, Bolivia is one of the least industrialized countries in the world, however, there are many colleges that are much older than Tokyo university or Kyoto university that are the oldest and most authoritative ones in Japan. But there are not so many students who can enter the colleges. Poverty is one of the biggest reasons for this.
