  I researched an apple because I like it. An apple is a very high nutritious fruit. It includes the abundant dietary fiber, vitamin C and mineral. Dietary fiber prevents constipation, obesity, diabetes and arteriosclerosis, in Japanese, 便秘, 肥満, 糖尿病and 動脈硬化. Vitamin C promotes taking in mineral such as iron, calcium and so on. Also, it is useful to heal wounds. Mineral constitutes bio-tissues and maintains functions of the body. Furthermore, an apple includes apple polyphenol and it restrains fat from accumulating. Because an apple has good ingredients for our health, there is a proverb, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Through this research, I think an apple is a good fruit. We usually eat it without thinking how it effects on our body, but actually it is useful for us to maintain our healthy life. An apple is delicious too. It is said an apple the color arrived well is delicious. So eating it is killing two birds with one stone. Let’s eat apples!
